Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Most orders leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order, custom and launch-period products may need longer; the product page or order confirmation will tell you if that applies.
Once dispatched, delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination and courier network. Remote locations, public holidays, weather and service disruptions can add time.
Pan-India shipping is charged at ₹100 per order. Orders above ₹1,200 qualify for free shipping. The final shipping charge is shown clearly before payment.
We share tracking details when your parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us with your order number. Please check that your phone number and address are correct before placing an order.
